EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Transforming business and driving change management is one of the hardest things to do in any business. With over 25 years of experience of which many in executive positions for large multinational companies, I have gained a lot of experience in this field.

In all my positions I have worked in an international environment where cultural respect and personal leadership are key elements to succeeding with transformation. 

In 2020 I was awarded the "CIO of the year" award in Finland for the transformation activities done in my role.
